Your Role in Creating Harmony

  • Manage transactions from contract to close

  • Review and process Georgia real estate contracts and amendments

  • Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance throughout the transaction

  • Deliver exceptional communication and customer service

  • Provide a seamless, stress-free experience for all parties involved

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

  • Strong knowledge of Georgia real estate contracts and timelines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Customer-service mindset with a heart for relationship building
